Very great experience. Safe parking was around the corner very short walking distance. Dentist office extremely clean and efficient. No long wait time, clean and comfortable waiting room. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend this dentist. Definitely will return.

I am very pleased with the excellent dental care I received here. I live in San Diego and I found it very convenient to access their dental care. There is no language barrier as the entire staff appeared to me to be bilingual. Just cross the border and an Uber will pick you up and take you there. I couldn’t afford to get the same dental work done stateside and the final bill for the root canal and two crowns finished $300 less than originally estimated. Their offices and facilities are just as you would expect in San Diego, if not better. Everything is clean and sterile, the dentists are kind, knowledgeable and very good at what they do. If you need a new periodontist and/or dentist then look no further.
As a final recommendation: when you cross the border looking for your Uber, once you go through the turnstiles and pass the food stalls veer to the left and cross the street to the pharmacy called Roma. You will see many taxis located here, and the Uber can’t pick you up here. Simply turn right at the Roma pharmacy and walk a half block towards where the fruit and taco carts are and your Uber can and will pick you up there. Finding my Uber the first visit was my only problem that I experienced during all of my visits and that ended by following the above instructions.
Here you will find and receive competent and professional dental work performed by kind, friendly professionals at affordable prices…Look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

I came here after dealing with on-and-off discomfort from a previous root canal. I just wanted an honest evaluation, and this clinic absolutely delivered.
Dr. Alexandra was amazing — incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring. She took her time reviewing my X-rays, did a very thorough exam, and even had a specialist look at my case online. Instead of immediately pushing expensive treatments or telling me to redo my crown, she explained everything clearly and realistically. Based on my X-ray, gum health, the fit of my crown, and how the tooth responded during the exam, she said my symptoms were most likely due to PDL inflammation, not an infection. In other words, I didn’t need unnecessary treatment.
As a patient (and someone who crossed the border just to get checked), I asked a lot of questions — including what the next steps would be if things didn’t improve. She answered everything with so much patience and detail. And honestly, one thing that really impressed me was this:
I had already walked out of the treatment room, and she still came back to check on me. She looked at my face, gently pressed on the area where I had swelling, re-evaluated the tooth, and gave additional recommendations — just because she genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. That kind of dedication is extremely rare.
She wasn’t rushed, she wasn’t trying to sell anything, and she wasn’t dramatic about my symptoms. She was simply honest, thoughtful, and very realistic about what was actually necessary. I felt truly cared for — not treated like a transaction. It’s honestly hard to find this level of transparency and compassion in the U.S., and I was really touched by how considerate the entire team was.
Everyone here is gentle, kind, and incredibly respectful. They made the whole experience completely stress-free. I left feeling relieved, informed, and confident in the plan going forward.
I’m extremely satisfied with my visit, and I would absolutely come back for future care.
If you’re considering crossing the border for dental treatment, I highly recommend this clinic. They genuinely care about their patients — and you can feel it. ❤️

This place is amazing! Open, bright, clean, friendly staff, talented doctors, and reasonable prices (especially when compared to the US!). I seriously could not recommend them higher- you will not be disappointed. Oh as a cool bonus you get a fast lane pass to breeze through the border on the way back to the US.

Dr. Alexandra is a highly qualified periodontal surgeon. Her practice has 4 rooms and she also has other dentists working with her. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of her practice and she also proudly displays all of her diplomas in plain sight. Anyone looking for professional work at reduced prices from the U.S. should give them a call.
